Community Engagement: Build and nurture online communities, responding to feedback, fostering discussions, and creating a sense of belonging among members
Analytics & Reporting: Track the performance of social media and content campaigns, providing actionable insights to improve engagement and reach
Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams to align on content strategies, social media initiatives, and community-building efforts
Brand Voice: Ensure all content aligns with the brand’s voice and tone, maintaining consistency across all platforms
