They are seeking a Member Specialist who will assist members with various services, including travel tips, notary services, and customer engagement in their branches and Giant store locations.
Consumer Services
Responsibilities
Helping members with sign-ups, renewals, and all things AAA
Issuing EZPasses, maps, travel gear, and attraction tickets
Guiding members to our amazing travel and insurance experts
Becoming a Notary Public (we’ll help you get there!)
Taking passport and international driver’s permit photos
Sharing the perks of AAA’s full suite of services
Planning cool road trips or booking hotels and renting cars for excited travelers
Keeping our space welcoming and organized
Engaging in natural conversation and engaging customers
Qualification
Required
High school diploma or equivalent
A passion for helping people (customer service experience is a plus!)
Willingness to become a Notary Public (we'll support you!)
Clear communication skills—whether in person, on the phone, or online
A flexible, can-do attitude and a love for learning new things
Tech-savviness to navigate our systems with ease
