Responsibilities
Greeting clients and their pets with warmth and professionalism
Answering phones, scheduling, confirming, and future-booking appointments
Calling clients for follow-ups and reaching out to prospective clients
Presenting and processing payments and explaining service fees
Recommending products, services, and wellness plans
Signing up clients for the MyVCA app and online pharmacy
Educating clients on general pet care topics (heartworm prevention, flea/tick control, etc.)
Maintaining accurate medical records and ensuring the hospital is clean and welcoming
Providing care for hospital pets as needed
Qualification
Required
Experience as a Client Service Representative or similar role
Personable and detail-oriented
Team player and self-starter
Multitasker with a positive attitude
Passion for pets and people
Ability to greet clients and their pets with warmth and professionalism
Experience answering phones, scheduling, confirming, and future-booking appointments
Ability to call clients for follow-ups and reach out to prospective clients
Experience presenting and processing payments and explaining service fees
Ability to recommend products, services, and wellness plans
Experience signing up clients for the MyVCA app and online pharmacy
Ability to educate clients on general pet care topics (heartworm prevention, flea/tick control, etc.)
Ability to maintain accurate medical records
