Responsibilities
Design, build and manage Enterprise-quality AI solutions in collaboration with customers
Lead technical discovery during sales, guiding feasibility conversations, scoping integrations, and setting realistic expectations around what Charta can (and can’t) do
Understand workflows, set up integrations that map to real clinical and operational needs, and deliver high ROI for each customer
Shape the product roadmap, working with Charta’s engineering and product teams to scope and implement new features essential to the success of your customers
Qualification
Required
2-3+ years of experience in consulting, product, or solutions engineering (or other relevant experience)
Detail-oriented and obsessed with getting things right for stakeholders
Ability to turn ambiguity into opportunity by gathering intel from customers
Clear and confident communicator who builds trust with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
Ability to combine technical fluency (APIs, data workflows, systems thinking) with strong communication and structured problem-solving
Preferred
Experience working in healthcare, especially with provider systems, data standards (FHIR, HL7), or clinical operations
Experience with early stage, SaaS-based solutions
