The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining automation solutions using Automation Anywhere A360/Enterprise, collaborating with various stakeholders to deliver high-quality automation solutions that enhance operational efficiency.

Responsibilities

Design, develop, test, and deploy end-to-end RPA solutions using Automation Anywhere A360/Enterprise
Lead automation projects from requirements gathering through deployment and maintenance
Create reusable components, frameworks, and libraries to streamline development
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze and optimize existing business processes
Provide mentorship and technical guidance to junior developers and team members
Ensure adherence to best practices in RPA design, development, and deployment
Conduct code reviews, performance tuning, and maintain documentation
Support the RPA production environment and troubleshoot any issues
Stay updated on the latest RPA trends and Automation Anywhere updates

Qualification

Required

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
5+ years of experience in software development or automation
3+ years of hands-on experience with Automation Anywhere (v11 and/or A360)
Experience with task bots, meta bots, and control room configuration
Proficient in scripting languages such as Python, VBScript, or JavaScript
Solid understanding of relational databases, APIs, and web services
Familiarity with agile development practices and tools (JIRA, Confluence, etc.)
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills

Preferred

Automation Anywhere Master or Advanced Certified
Experience with other RPA platforms (e.g., UiPath, Blue Prism) is a plus
Exposure to cloud-based automation and OCR tools like IQ Bot
Familiarity with DevOps tools and CI/CD pipelines
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
