Responsibilities

Partner with Legal to implement enhancements in ICI, including Designing and managing P2P processes

Creating and updating contract templates, clauses, workflows, and user/security groups

Serve as the first responder for critical system issues (Severity 1 & 2)

Troubleshoot, identify root causes, and deliver both short- and long-term solutions

Support integrations with Salesforce, DocuSign, Office 365, and Single Sign-On

Provide strategic guidance and technical support for future enhancements and integrations

Required

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field

2–5 years of hands-on experience with the Icertis Contract Intelligence platform
