Prepare and draft permit applications, drawings, and supporting documentation for aerial and underground telecommunications construction projects

Interpret engineering designs, construction plans, and GIS data to create accurate permit drawings and documentation

Ensure all permits meet federal, state, and local regulations, as well as utility and municipality requirements

Coordinate with internal teams (engineering, construction, project management) to gather necessary project details for permit submission

Review and update drawings as required by regulatory agencies or utility providers

Maintain accurate records of permit submissions, approvals, and correspondence within company systems

Track permit status and follow up with municipalities or agencies to ensure timely approvals

Identify and resolve discrepancies or compliance issues related to permit applications

Assist in updating standard permit templates and processes to improve efficiency and compliance

Stay informed on changes to local, state, and federal permitting requirements related to telecommunications infrastructure
