Detail Oriented and able to be flexible and quickly adapt with changing priorities and schedules
Proven experience coordinating and tracking multiple training programs across teams and departments
Strong analytical problem-solving skills
Strong Computer Skills (Databases, Processes, and Administrative)
Comprehensive knowledge and skill for more complex applications to include Word, Excel, Power BI, Google Sheets, etc
Monitor and adhere to all safety processes and procedures
Assist and/or provides recommendations for managers in creating employee development plans
Maintain records and documentation regarding employee training
Other duties as assigned
Qualification
Required
To be 18 years of age or older
Authorization to work in the United States for this company
2-3 years of related experience
Ability to explain complex systems or processes in simple terms
Ability understand trainees' questions and challenges
Comfortable leading group and one-on-one training sessions
Understanding of company systems, tools and processes
Ability to demonstrate and troubleshoot field technology and issues
Comfort working with data
Ability to travel to remote offices required
Excellent communicator in written and verbal form
