Responsibilities

Palletizes product produced in Vernon Facility

Reports any food safety or quality problems to personnel with the authority to initiate action

Follows J&J Snack Food’s all OSHA safety rules, Food Safety Plan (FSP), the Safe Quality Food (SQF) Program, the Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs) and the Good Documentation Practices (GDPs)

Follows all food safety laws and regulations

Other duties as assigned

Food Quality and Safety Requirements

Palletizer will be responsible for maintaining food quality and safety within the plant

Food quality and safety issues must be reported to Quality Assurance Manager and or Plant Manager

In the absence of the Quality Assurance Manager or Plant Manager, food quality and safety issues will be brought to the attention of the General Manager

Required

High school diploma or GED

Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
