Responsibilities
Work side-by-side with senior project managers in all aspects of project management
Preparing RFPs
Soliciting proposals
Negotiating and managing contracts
Coordinating design and construction teams
Maintaining project governance
Conducting field quality control of the craft trades at site
Ensuring successful project turnover
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in architecture, Construction, or Engineering
At least 2 years of experience working on large building construction or civil projects
Knowledge of pre-design and pre-construction, delivery systems, and components
Preferred
Construction Manager in Training (CMIT)
Engineer-in-Training (EIT)
