Inside Sales Representative – Architectural Products

Responsibilities
Serve as the main point of contact for inbound sales inquiries related to architectural products
Develop and maintain relationships with clients, including architects, contractors, and design professionals
Work closely with the outside sales team to support project needs and ensure smooth sales processes
Provide detailed product information, including technical specifications, material options, and pricing
Prepare and follow up on quotes, proposals, and closing orders, ensuring accurate and timely delivery
Manage and update CRM system with client information, sales activities, and project status
Collaborate with the internal team to coordinate product deliveries, samples, and project timelines
Stay up-to-date on product offerings, industry trends, and competitor activities to provide clients with relevant insights
Qualification
Required
Previous experience in inside sales, preferably in architectural, construction, or design-related industries
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and collaborate across teams
Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively
Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
Self-motivated, with a drive to meet and exceed sales goals
Preferred
Knowledge of architectural materials, finishes, or building products is a plus
