Greet and welcome patients from the start of their dental journey, as well as sustain patient comfort and provide appropriate education to patients

Knowledge of Account Ledger

Insurance Breakdown

Answering phone calls

Scheduling appointments

Creating and Presenting treatment plans

Checkout patients

Charge patients for services

Create claims

Send claims

Send Pre Authorizations

Utilize Dentrix Ascend for patient scheduling and record keeping

Adherence to HIPAA protocols

Other duties associated with Business Assistants & Receptionists at a dental office

Partner with the providers and team to implement our systems and maximize office workflow

Required

Minimum of 6 months of experience working in a dental office / same position

Saturday availability is essential. While you won't be scheduled every Saturday, being available is a requirement for the role

Start time is as early as 8:20 AM each day

End times can vary: On weekdays, we close at 6:00pm, and shifts can go as late as 6:45 PM, though most days end earlier. On Saturdays, we close at 4:00 pm the latest shift ends at 4:45 PM, but again, most Saturdays finish sooner
