Matrix Basement Systems is the largest basement finishing contractor in the country, founded in 2009. They are looking to hire a full-time CAD drafter to draw plans and assist with pre-production tasks.

Drawing plans
Executing revisions
Helping with material ordering
Spec sheets and other tasks related to pre-production

Qualification

Chief ArchitectAutoCAD3D modelingAdobe SuiteOffice SuiteKitchen proSketch upRevit

Required

Proficient AutoCAD, 20/20, kitchen pro, sketch up, revit or other CAD programs
Proficient experience with Chief Architect is required
Proficient in Office Suite (excel, word, outlook, etc)

Preferred

1-3 years' experience working professionally is a bonus
3D modeling and Adobe Suite knowledge is a plus
Students should have completed some form of a construction documentation class or higher
