Responsibilities
Learn to manage and service a portfolio of trucking insurance accounts
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their needs are met
Assist clients with policy questions, coverage options, and risk management strategies (training provided)
Handle policy changes and endorsements with guidance from experienced team members
Collaborate with underwriters and internal teams to ensure the best service for our clients
Stay up to date on industry trends and regulations through ongoing training and development
Qualification
Required
A 4-40 Customer Service Representative Insurance License, or 2-20 General Lines (Property & Casualty) Insurance License
You will be required to obtain your 2-20 license for this position
Strong communication and customer service skills
Ability to stay organized and manage multiple tasks efficiently
Comfortable working independently and collaborating with a team
Basic proficiency with computers (Microsoft Office Suite experience is a plus)
Preferred
No prior insurance experience required – we'll teach you everything you need to know!
