Responsibilities

Set the vision, develop the roadmap, build and launch ad measurement products that help advertisers meet their goals and see their true business value generated by TikTok
Define success metrics and analyze data to inform product strategy and prioritization
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define goals and objectives for ad measurement products
Partner with Engineering, Design, Data Science, Marketing and Sales to develop, test, and launch products
Write all technical specs and product requirements for development

Required

Recently or currently enrolled in a BS/MS program with a graduation date between December 2025- November of 2026
Academic background in a quantitative field such as statistics, economics, political science, computer science or related fields, with technical experience or project work preferred
Strong logical thinking and data analysis skills, with the ability to break down, analyze, and solve complex problems
Strong organizational, planning, communication, and execution skills; self-motivated and responsible, able to drive projects independently with reliability and simplicity
Proven ability to work cross-functionally in a highly collaborative environment

Preferred

A heavy user of internet products, curious and passionate about product design and user experience; prior product-related internship or project experience is a plus
Experience in ads monetization business and ecosystem
Experience working with data teams and other technical teams
Fluency in both English and Mandarin: the role involves frequent communication with global teams, clients and stakeholders in English - speaking regions as well as Chinese- speaking markets. Proficiency in Mandarin is essential to effectively engage with Chinese- speaking partners, understand cultural nuances, and navigate business transactions in key markets, ensuring smooth cross- cultural collaboration and market expansion
