Responsibilities
Lead the planning and execution of high-end hotel and residential projects across the Caribbean and the U.S
Manage complex development projects from concept to completion
Oversee budgeting, forecasting, contract negotiation, and consultant management
Qualification
Required
Minimum 15 years of experience in upscale or luxury hospitality construction and renovations
Proven success managing complex development projects from concept to completion
Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills
Expertise in budgeting, forecasting, contract negotiation, and consultant management
Proficiency in Microsoft Project, Excel, and project management software
Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Engineering, or Construction Management
U.S. work authorization required
Based in Puerto Rico or Miami (must be able to travel 3–4 weeks per month if Miami-based)
