They are seeking a dedicated and experienced Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to assess and address the needs of children in underserved communities, providing mental health services and collaborating with various stakeholders to implement individualized treatment plans.

Responsibilities

The LBA will work in collaboration with other providers to develop and implement a behavioral modification plan utilizing strengths-based and empathic methods such as Applied Behavior Analysis

LBA will implement empirically supported treatments for children with autism spectrum disorder

LBA will be involved in providing ongoing feedback and data regarding the continued need for such services, as a least restrictive level of care

Services are provided in schools, home, and other community settings

Opportunity to coach and mentor staff through weekly supervision and observation to assigned BHT on case

Opportunity to provide BCBA supervision to other clinicians

Opportunity to receive supervision from a BCBA as required by case load

Opportunity for ongoing training in ABA

Access to BCBA approved CEUs

Required

Experience and training working with children with Autism and their families

Licensed Clinician (LPC, LMFT, LCSW, LSW, LBS, CRNP or a professional whose scope of practice includes ABA)

Master's Degree from an accredited university in an appropriate clinical mental health discipline

Adult and Pediatric CPR Certification Required

PA Child Abuse Clearance required

PA Mandated Child Abuse Reporter Training Required

FBI Clearance required

PA Criminal Clearance required

Health Assessment required

TB Test required

Preferred

BCBA (preferred)

Preferred experience in Verbal Behavior Techniques, PRT and DTT

Preferred experience and training in Functional Behavioral Assessment and VB-MAPP
