Responsibilities
Implementation of desired structural infrastructure solution
Create and improve documentation and work instructions on the delivered infrastructure solution
Work with orchestration platforms as Terraform, Ansible, Azure DevOps Automation
Conduct automated testing of IT infrastructure to ensure reliability and performance
The technology of interfacing squads and consumers to achieve an end-to-end view
Impact of different factors on the performance and capacity of services different elements on the performance and capacity of services
Implement, configure, and modify network infrastructure as needed
Utilize network monitoring tools to ensure optimal performance and reliability
Leverage open-source tooling for network management, where applicable
Assess and challenge network designs, focusing on technical implementation and security considerations
Demonstrate a proactive approach to tasks and problem-solving
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in IT, MIS, or related field
5+ years of experience as a network engineer or similar function
Experience and preferable one or more certifications on: HPE Aruba Networking (ACP/ACX), Cisco Routing & Switching (CCNA/CCNP), Azure DevOps
Knowledge of DevOps way of working (e.g., continuous delivery, cross-functional team set-ups, development of cross-skilled squad members)
Understanding of the Scrum methodology (e.g., backlog and spring planning, review and marketplace)
Certifications or proven proficiency in one or more programming/scripting languages
Certifications or proven proficiency in Networking and Security
