iAutomation is seeking an Electronics Technician I to wire and build electrical control panels and junction boxes according to customer requirements. The role involves reading schematics, performing point-to-point wiring, and installing various electronic components.

Responsibilities

Wire and build electrical control panels, junction boxes and subassemblies per customer requirement

Read and interpret schematics, diagrams, blueprints, specifications, work orders, bills of material

Drill or tap holes to mount control units or to provide openings for components, wiring, or instruments

Utilize a variety of small hand tools such as wire strippers, crimpers, wrenches, screwdrivers, and pliers

Complete point-to-point wiring, and install a wide variety of electronic components including PLCs, relays, lights, switches, etc

Red-line documentation as necessary to initiate ECOs through Engineering

Perform operations such as deburring, grinding & sawing. Operate hand pallet jacks to move material within plant

Install finished assemblies or subassemblies in cases and cabinets

Willingness to work overtime as needed
