Responsibilities
Develop models: Design, code, and ship full-stack models for Netic's AI platform, tackling everything from evals to insights
Own projects end-to-end: Drive projects from spec to production, handling data models, APIs, fine-tuning, and post‑launch iteration
Co‑create with customers: Work closely with our customers to understand workflows, gather feedback, and turn pain points into features that stick
Qualification
Required
Hands-on experience with LLMs
Ability to design, code, and ship full-stack models
Experience in driving projects from spec to production
Familiarity with data models and APIs
Ability to gather customer feedback and turn pain points into features
