Responsibilities

Handling incoming medication orders with precision, selecting the correct medication from our extensive inventory of donated drugs
Accurately filling prescriptions by repackaging donated drugs from unit-dose packaging into patient vials
Overseeing inventory management, including removing expired products, updating inventory software with new items, and ordering essential supplies such as vials and envelopes
Respond to patient inquiries via phone, text, and email, providing guidance and troubleshooting account or medication issues
Assist patients with account setup and ordering, ensuring they understand our services and can navigate our online tools
Assisting with various administrative and operational tasks as needed

Required

2+ Years Retail Pharmacy Technician + Customer Support required
COVID-19 vaccination
A Georgia Pharmacy Technician license in good standing
Experience in all tasks related to filling prescriptions under pharmacist supervision, from entering into software to picking products to repackaging to adding appropriate postage to envelopes
Passed background check
Physical requirements: Able to frequently stand, walk, twist, bend, stoop, squat and use light/fine grasping. Able to frequently sit and stand, reach above shoulders, perform desk based computer tasks, write by hand, lift, carry, push, stack, and pull objects that weigh up to 40 pounds

You bring at least 2 years of experience as a pharmacy technician in a high-energy retail setting
You are excellent at providing customer service and communicating via phone, text and email

You're technology proficient. You have experience using different pharmacy software, customer management platforms, and GSuite and you can easily navigate and troubleshoot
You're reliable and dedicated. This full-time role requires 40 hours per week, Monday through Friday, 9:30am-6pm. Consistent, punctual attendance and a commitment to high performance are essential
