The Credit Collection Specialist will support the Finance team by managing customer accounts, resolving outstanding payments, and maintaining strong customer relationships.

Responsibilities
Oversee assigned accounts on a regular basis, monitoring for unresolved debts in order to achieve overdue recovery targets
Contact business customers/clients by phone, email, or mail regarding their accounts, ensuring the collection of past due accounts
Proactively manage customer accounts to ensure timely collection of past due balances and investigate accounts to determine there's a long-term issue
Quickly identify and mediate barriers to payment
Develop and maintain a successful partnership with customers, the Sales team and other back office teams
Manage stopped accounts up to litigation
Maintain accurate credit files and collection files
Reconcile and resolve of complex accounts
Build communication and close relationships with the sales force and lease/credit partners
Maintain constantly up-to-date CRM information
Qualification
Required
3-5 years experience in the role
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience
Knowledge of Digital and IT tools
Organization, with strong attention to detail and strong analytical skills
Exceptional communication skills with the ability to build and maintain trusted relationships
Knowledge of CRM management
Knowledge and management of financial solutions
Experience with credit management and credit collection techniques
Financial and economic skills and expertise
Long-term customer relationship management skills
Knowledge of ERP systems and database functionalities
Preferred
Previous experience with Salesforce is a plus
SAP would be a plus
