Business Development Representative (BDR) for Lead Generation

The role involves outbound prospecting and generating qualified leads for GPU-based compute solutions while collaborating with marketing and sales teams to drive growth in the US market.

Responsibilities

Prospect and qualify leads, identifying potential clients that need or want enterprise-grade GPU-based compute (e.g. NVIDIA H100s, H200s or A100s). Always be opening - kill your metrics. Hit your daily goals in order to hit your long term goals
Orchestrate Linkedin/Email/Phone calls sequences into target accounts to book meetings with the right decision makers and influencers
Deliver compelling sales pitches of Aethir's AI-centric offerings to entice prospects to learn more. We have some of the most competitive rates for GPU compute in the world, all backed by enterprise SLAs
Partner with marketing to identify and execute effective sales strategies and campaigns
Stay up-to-date on industry trends, competitor offerings, and Aethir's evolving product portfolio

Qualification

Required

Minimum 1-2 years of successful sales development experience, preferably in the cloud computing or bare metal or AI solutions sectors
Proven track record of exceeding sales metrics in a complex B2B environment
Strong understanding of the current AI landscape and its applications across various industries (e.g. Training/LLM)
You must know what a GPU is - and why it matters in this world (specifically H100s and A100s and high-end GPUs)
Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently with minimal supervision (across multiple timezones)
Proficient in CRM software (Hubspot) and other relevant sales tools
Interest in growing into a full cycle sales position for career advancement

Preferred

Experience in an early-stage startup technology company
Understanding of Web3, tokenomics/cryptocurrency principles
Knowledge of Mandarin
