Functional Analyst (System Administrator) - JOEPS

Responsibilities
Administer, configure, and maintain JOPES and TransViz systems to ensure persistent availability, performance, and data integrity within the USTRANSCOM operational environment
Support and troubleshoot system, application, and network issues; conduct root cause analysis, implement corrective actions, and escalate incidents as necessary
Integrate and support cloud-based environments, leveraging Air Force Cloud One and Azure Cloud Services to enhance functionality, security, and resilience
Ensure compliance with DoD and site-specific security requirements, including regular application of patches, updates, and security measures
Execute and document all standard operating procedures related to system maintenance, backup, restore, and recovery operations
Monitor and report system performance, capacity, and availability metrics; recommend improvements to enhance infrastructure health
Collaborate with Database Administrators, other System Administrators, and the Program Manager to coordinate technical support, changes, and upgrades
Ensure completion and documentation of all annual and recurring DoD mandatory security trainings
Provide technical expertise to support user onboarding, access management, permissions, and training regarding supported systems
Participate in meetings, briefings, and technical evaluations with government clients and team members as required
Qualification
