Law Practice
Responsibilities
Provide expert legal advice on immigration matters, including visas, green cards, and citizenship applications
Prepare and review legal documents, petitions, and applications for accuracy and compliance
Represent clients in immigration hearings and proceedings before government agencies
Conduct legal research to stay updated on immigration laws and policies
Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and develop tailored legal strategies
Maintain detailed case files and documentation for all client interactions
Assist in the training and mentorship of junior staff and interns
Participate in community outreach and educational seminars on immigration issues
Qualification
Required
Active bar license in Florida or eligibility to obtain one
Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school
Strong understanding of immigration processes and regulations
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Detail-oriented with strong organizational abilities
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Passion for helping clients navigate complex immigration issues
Professional -Level fluency in Spanish (required)
Professional -Level fluency in English (required)
Bar (Required)
Preferred
2+ years of experience in immigration law preferred
