Responsibilities

Execute installation, maintenance, and commissioning of specialized machinery at customer sites and York, PA site

Identify training needs and implement plans for local service technicians

Report machine conditions and spare parts status to your supervisor

Troubleshoot and repair specialized and standard machines as needed

Ensure all machinery and equipment are safe and operational, with no risk to health or safety

Coordinate technical support from third parties for repairs and maintenance

Provide technical acceptance and commissioning of new machines

Train machine operators and implement preventive maintenance routines

Collaborate with sales teams, site personnel, and the local shop for team development

Uphold company policies, department goals, and safety rules at all facilities

Drive continuous improvement and take ownership of assigned work

Travel up to 60% for machine installation and maintenance; 40% local shop support
