Qualification
Required
10+ years of sales leadership in transportation, logistics, or B2B SaaS/marketplaces
Proven ability to scale sales teams through early growth stages
Strong network with carriers, enterprises, brokerages, or leasing companies
Excellent negotiation and enterprise deal execution skills
Data-driven, process-oriented, and comfortable in a high-growth startup environment
