Responsibilities
Diagnose and troubleshoot hardware and software issues on Chromebooks
Perform repairs and upgrades on Chromebook devices, including replacing parts as needed
Provide technical support and assistance to users, addressing their inquiries and concerns related to Chromebooks
Maintain accurate records of repairs, inventory, and equipment status
Assist with the setup and configuration of new Chromebooks for users
Collaborate with the IT team to implement best practices for Chromebook maintenance and support
Stay updated on Chromebook technologies, software updates, and common issues
Contribute to a positive and efficient work environment by communicating effectively with team members and users
Qualification
Required
Basic knowledge of computer hardware and software troubleshooting
Strong problem-solving skills and a willingness to learn
Excellent communication skills and a customer-oriented attitude
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
High school diploma or equivalent
Preferred
Familiarity with Chrome OS and Chromebook devices is a plus
Additional technical certifications are a plus
