Responsibilities
Lead the model development and structural plans for water control structures, waste/wastewater facilities, seawalls, civil structures, parking structures, buildings, transit stations, and miscellaneous structural plans (preliminary and final) based on project requirements and client standards
Making revisions to plans based on redlined mark-ups
Generating plans using Revit, AutoCAD, and other platforms as required by the client
Coordinating with the structural design engineer and design team members to produce construction documents and exhibits
Qualification
Required
Proficient in AutoCAD
An Associate's degree in Design or Drafting or certificate
At least 3 years of previous experience designing/drafting structural system
Lead the model development and structural plans for water control structures, waste/wastewater facilities, seawalls, civil structures, parking structures, buildings, transit stations, and miscellaneous structural plans (preliminary and final) based on project requirements and client standards
Making revisions to plans based on redlined mark-ups
Generating plans using Revit, AutoCAD, and other platforms as required by the client
Coordinating with the structural design engineer and design team members to produce construction documents and exhibits
Detail oriented, professional attitude, good communication, team player, self-starter
