Responsibilities

Set end-to-end customer marketing strategic direction, responsible for achieving customer retention targets while balancing efficiency, scale, and market share across all regions
Lead high performing marketing teams while nurturing the next generation of FanDuel leadership and attracting talent
Expand, challenge, and transform our lifecycle and promotions strategies, leveraging deep customer data, research, and competitive intelligence to win the battle for choice
Deliver insights, reporting and recommendations on program improvements to senior and executive leadership
Manage a significant marketing budget while improving retention and customer value outcomes
Deliver strategic marketing guidance to cross-functional teams to deliver exciting and effective seasonal Go-To-Market plans
Partner closely with MarTech, Comms and Ops teams to develop marketing automation, operational efficiency and communications excellence
Collaborate closely with Business Intelligence to address performance gaps and opportunities, champion experimentation and cultivate an environment of collaboration
Act as the business leader and central point of contact for all things retention, driving alignment, clarity, and performance across Trading, Creative, Media, Marketing, Business Intelligence, and Finance stakeholders
Evolve audience strategy through new segmentation discovery and white space opportunities
Deliver continuous improvements to the full conversion funnel working closely with product and content teams

Required

Minimum of 10 years of work experience in customer marketing, with experience creating and managing media campaigns from start to finish
At least 5 years in a management role with multiple tier direct reports
Experience in brand strategy for a high growth brand
Deep experience developing and overseeing customer acquisition programs
Experience with Agile development framework and track record of partnering with product and engineering teams on multiple projects at once
Has a positive attitude and loves opportunities to collaborate with others
Strong organizational skills and effective at project management

Preferred

Bachelor's degree or equivalent industry experience preferred
Knowledge of sports and/or experience working within a heavily regulated industry is a plus
