Responsibilities

Participate in strategy projects and lead workstreams

Structure and solve business problems, collaborating with internal stakeholders to make recommendations

Develop rigorous, fact-based, quantitative analysis to support recommendations

Monitor and report on project progress, identifying and addressing any issues or risks

Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and challenges related to data strategy and AI

Provide insights and recommendations to support strategic decision-making and business growth

Produce key project deliverables such as presentation materials and reports

Draft product stories, case studies, market updates and key messages for internal communications - supporting Product Marketing and Communications teams as required

Required

2 or more years of work experience with a Bachelor's Degree or an Advanced Degree (e.g. Masters, MBA, JD, MD, or PhD)

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex data and analytics

Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, dynamic environment

Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and data analytics tools and software

Strong communication and stakeholder management skills

Strong project management and organization with the ability to independently lead workstreams

Preferred

3 or more years of work experience with a Bachelor's Degree or more than 2 years of work experience with an Advanced Degree (e.g. Masters, MBA, JD, MD)

Experience in strategy development or consulting

Experience of working with cross-functional teams, including product, marketing and communications

Passion for payments and emerging technologies, especially AI

Payments experience preferred
