Responsibilities

Represent clients in employment & labor, transportation, retail, construction, general liability, appellate, personal injury & employment litigation & counseling through all phases of trial
Develop litigation strategies and execute comprehensive case plans
Handle all aspects of trial preparation including depositions, discovery, motion practice, and court appearances
First or second-chair trials, including jury selection, witness examination, and opening/closing arguments
Collaborate with legal staff to ensure high-quality representation
Maintain strong client communication and provide timely case updates

Required

Must be licensed to practice in California
