Customer Success Strategist - US & Canada
Lyzr AI is seeking a Customer Success Strategist to drive measurable business outcomes for Fortune 500 enterprise clients implementing AI agent solutions. This role combines customer success, design thinking, and strategic consulting to ensure clients achieve significant ROI while building long-term partnerships. The strategist will manage multiple enterprise AI implementations and lead cross-functional teams to deliver transformational results.

Responsibilities
Own customer success metrics including retention, expansion, and time-to-value for assigned portfolio
Develop and execute comprehensive success plans aligned with client's business objectives and KPIs
Lead quarterly business reviews demonstrating measurable ROI and identifying expansion opportunities
Partner with clients to evolve their AI strategy and roadmap based on emerging capabilities and business needs
Oversee end-to-end project delivery from PoC to production, ensuring on-time, on-budget completion
Proactively identify and mitigate technical, organizational, and adoption risks
Facilitate design thinking workshops with Solution Architects to optimize user experiences and workflows
Maintain clear communication channels and manage expectations during complex implementations
Lead integrated project teams including Solution Architects, Engineers, and Client stakeholders
Translate business requirements into technical specifications and vice versa
Escalate technical blockers while maintaining client trust and project momentum
Coordinate with Sales teams on expansion opportunities and contract negotiations
Qualification
Required
5+ years in customer success, strategic consulting, or account management with Fortune 500 or Global 2000 enterprise clients
Direct experience managing complex technology implementations with engineering and data science teams; comfortable with AI/ML terminology and capabilities
Proven ability to conduct user journey mapping, workflow assessment, and UI/UX evaluation in enterprise environments
Experience developing business cases, ROI analyses, and strategic roadmaps with C-level executives
Comfortable presenting to and influencing C-level stakeholders and technical leaders
Exceptional English communication skills with ability to work across global time zones (accommodating US/European hours)
Ability to translate complex technical concepts for business audiences and business requirements for technical teams
Track record of achieving customer success KPIs including retention, expansion, and satisfaction
Comfortable with ambiguity and rapid iteration in emerging AI technology landscape
Natural collaborator who builds trust and drives consensus across diverse stakeholder groups
