Responsibilities
Process electronic payments, including wire transfers, in compliance with authorization protocols
Oversee affiliate transactions, maintain cash pool worksheets, record related entries, and distribute month-end reports
Supervise and provide guidance to direct reports, including cash applications coordinators
Evaluate customer data to assess creditworthiness and potential risks
Handle uncollected balances by coordinating with collection agencies and processing account adjustments
Conduct and process field sales audits along with necessary adjustments
Administer daily cash collections, credit holds, and accounts receivable operations
Reconcile bad debt accounts, aging accounts, and other key financial accounts
Participate in special projects and undertake additional tasks as assigned by management
Proficiency in managing month-end close processes and related activities
Strong knowledge of general ledger functions and maintenance
Experience conducting financial statement audits and ensuring compliance
Expertise in account reconciliation and resolving discrepancies
Ability to prepare and review journal entries with accuracy
Excellent organizational and leadership skills to manage teams and workflows
Strong analytical capabilities to assess financial data and identify trends
Qualification
Required
Experience as an Accounting Manager/Supervisor
Strong leadership skills
Solid background in accounting practices
Proficiency in managing month-end close processes and related activities
Strong knowledge of general ledger functions and maintenance
Experience conducting financial statement audits and ensuring compliance
Expertise in account reconciliation and resolving discrepancies
Ability to prepare and review journal entries with accuracy
