Responsibilities

New product development with focus on device design and process development
Design of experiments at in-house wafer fabs and with external sources including foundries, equipment suppliers or research institutions
In cooperation with fab engineering teams to ensure manufacturability, cost efficiency and high yield of new designs
Assist product and process engineering with R&D expertise on yield, cost-down and failure analysis topics

Required

Master's degree in semiconductor device physics or equivalent
Familiar with CMOS and Bipolar technologies
Very good understanding and experience in low voltage semiconductor processing ideally with experience in wafer fab process engineering and/or process integration
TCAD or other device simulation experience
Knowledge of Transient Voltage Suppressor devices
Good written and oral communication skills in English
Self-starter and team player
Innovative thinking
Hands-on problem-solving attitude
Readiness for traveling
