Manage payroll accounting processes, including ledger entries, reconciliations, and financial reporting
Support internal and external audits
Respond to employee inquiries
Assist with system upgrades and process improvements
Help develop and implement payroll policies and procedures
Qualification
Required
Oversees the payroll department's daily operations
Ensures accurate and timely payment to employees
Maintains compliance with federal, state, and local regulations
Manages payroll accounting processes, including ledger entries, reconciliations, and financial reporting
