Responsibilities
Responsible for fill ins, burn ins, blending and fine finishing to include complete repair mechanisms, and refinishing
Ability to fix to new condition, most major repairs
Ability to perform minor and major touch up and repairs to furniture and bedding
Prepare paperwork, chargebacks and other required documents
Ability to meet and maintain productivity requirements
Ability to evaluate damages and defects
Maintain good housekeeping
Regular, dependable attendance and punctuality
Qualification
Required
2-3 years experience in major and minor touch up and repairs to furniture and bedding to include expertise in wood
Must obtain PIE license within 30 days
Maintain and operate order picker, tugger, forklift and other industrial equipment
Federated Systems: RDS and RF scanners and other systems as necessary
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Basic math functions such as addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Regular walking, standing, hearing and talking
May occasionally involve stooping, kneeling or crouching
Involves close vision, color vision, depth perception and focus adjustment
Sense of urgency and the ability to work independently
Attention to detail and effective organization skills
Works harmoniously and effectively with others as part of a team
Ability to work a flexible schedule based on department and store/company needs
