FID, SPG, Non-Agency Desk Strategist - Associate/VP

Responsibilities
Develop novel trading tools and analytics in a fast paced, real-time trading environment
Demonstrate a thorough and detailed approach to quantitative modeling and software development
Proactively identify appropriate user and business solutions
Work as part of a team to deliver software solutions to meet customer needs
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's Degree in economics, finance, IEOR, statistics or related discipline
Experienced idea generator, able to pitch ideas internally and externally
Strong quantitative skills and programming ability
Impeccable verbal and written communication skills
Good knowledge of design patterns with excellent problem-solving skills
Strong self-motivation
Preferred
MFE or other master's degree in a related discipline
Proficiency in Python and/or an object-oriented programming language (e.g. Java, C++)
Front-end development skills, including Angular/ React, Javascript, HTML5, and CSS
Experience with SQL, in any of the RDBMS databases
Proven track record in model development and the use of machine learning techniques
