Responsibilities

Lead and manage all MEP field activities from preconstruction through commissioning

Coordinate closely with project managers, design teams, subcontractors, and client representatives

Ensure adherence to project schedules, budgets, and safety protocols

Review and interpret MEP drawings, specifications, and submittals

Monitor installation progress and quality; resolve field issues promptly

Oversee inspections, testing, and commissioning of MEP systems

Maintain accurate daily reports, logs, and documentation

Drive collaboration between trades to avoid conflicts and delays

Enforce company standards and promote a culture of safety and accountability
