They are seeking a Senior AV Engineer to design and implement complex audiovisual systems for large-scale projects, ensuring optimal performance and reliability in various environments.

Responsibilities
Lead the design, engineering, and commissioning of enterprise-grade AV systems for venues including stadiums, arenas, and corporate environments
Create and maintain detailed system documentation: signal flow diagrams, rack elevations, BOMs, and installation schematics
Design and implement AV-over-IP networks using standards such as Dante, AES67, and NDI
Collaborate with project managers, design engineers, and client stakeholders to ensure seamless AV system performance
Support pre-sales consultations with Sales and Design-Build teams to assess AV technology requirements and operational needs
Oversee testing, commissioning, and live event support for AV systems, ensuring reliability and performance
Provide technical mentorship and leadership for design engineers and field technicians throughout project lifecycles
Qualification
Required

Skills in Consultation & System Design, Project Management

Exceptional technical mastery and innovation abilities
Strong teamwork and communication skills
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent work experience
CTS-D, CTS-I, or equivalent AV industry certifications preferred
