Qualification
Required
5+ years' experience covering US insurance companies from a fixed income sales perspective, or direct experience working at a senior strategy level at a US insurance company
Ability to lead and direct the ALM Team's US business, with proven communication skills at senior client level, commercial acumen to build a sales strategy and to command internal followership
Strong mathematics and finance skills, with experience working with quantitative methods
Preferred
Actuarial qualification and US NAIC knowledge is beneficial
