Systems Engineer IV (Government)
AT&T is a leading telecommunications company seeking a Systems Engineer IV to provide systems engineering and technical support to the US Navy. The role involves the design, development, and integration of complex computer operating and hardware systems throughout the systems engineering lifecycle.

Responsibilities
Establishes state-of-the-art techniques for designing, developing, modifying and troubleshooting highly complex computer operating/hardware system
May work independently on projects requiring advanced, concentrated and diversified knowledge regarding engineering principles in broad assignment areas or may serve as project lead with supervisory responsibilities
Designs operating/hardware systems; formulates system concepts and architecture, specifies requirements, and develops implementation approaches
Identifies and directs resolution of complex hardware/software interface issues
Subject matter expert on emerging technologies
Directs the development of systems specifications and technical documentation
May serve as project lead, either working independently in a technical role in field of specialization, or in providing work leadership with management or supervisory responsibility for the group
Qualification
Required
Master's degree in an Engineering and Minimum of 10 years' systems engineering experience supporting Navy C4I
Experience with transitioning low technology readiness level (TRL) information system (IS) technologies (TRL 5 and below) into active and operational DoD C4I systems
Requires advanced knowledge of the principles, methods, and techniques used in all phases of the engineering, application, and development of multiple operating systems; knowledge of or certification in specific applications or processes may be required, depending on job assignment
TS/SCI or Secret clearance (#tssci) (#secret)
