Finance and Insurance Manager
Bob Bell Ford is a growing automotive dealership seeking a high-performing, experienced Finance & Insurance (F&I) Manager to join their dynamic team. The role focuses on overseeing financial transactions for vehicle purchases, presenting finance and insurance products, and ensuring a top-tier customer experience while maximizing profitability.

Responsibilities
Oversee the financial transaction process for vehicle purchases
Present finance and insurance products using a proven menu-selling system
Collaborate with Sales Management and Sales Consultants to streamline the customer experience
Offer and sell extended warranties, protection plans, and other F&I products
Secure financing through approved lenders efficiently and accurately
Ensure all documentation (lien, tax, title, registration) is complete and accurate
Maintain strong relationships with lenders, internal departments, and OEM partners
Achieve and maintain high CSI (Customer Satisfaction Index) scores
Qualification
Required
2-4+ years of proven F&I experience in an automotive dealership
Excellent communication skills and a passion for customer service
Professional appearance and strong work ethic
Ability to excel in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
Valid driver's license and clean driving record
Preferred
CDK experience is highly preferred
Bilingual or multi-lingual candidates are strongly encouraged to apply
