Twin Health is a company focused on improving and preventing chronic metabolic diseases using AI Digital Twin technology. The Technical Lead, IOS will lead the iOS engineering team, design and develop mobile applications, and ensure high-quality user experiences while mentoring other engineers.

Responsibilities

Lead the iOS engineering team, focusing on productivity, quality, and results

Design, develop, test, deploy, maintain and improve software

Build best in class mobile apps

Manage individual project priorities, deadlines, and deliverables

Focus on overall product quality and user experience

Take initiative and be responsible for technical solutions

Own and maintain engineering best practices

Mentor and coach new engineering hires and other software engineers

Take on additional responsibilities as needed, including on-call rotations

Comfortable wearing a Continuous Glucose Monitor (CGM), and other health related sensors

Required

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or closely-related

5+ years of technical leadership experience

Experience building iOS apps that integrate health sensors (Continuous Glucose Monitors, smartwatches, BP monitors, smart scales, etc.) and deliver a seamless, user-friendly experience

9+ years of iOS software development experience

9+ years writing software in Swift programming language

5+ years of experience designing and implementing local databases using SQLite

Expert or mastery level using AI coding assistants (e.g., Claude Code, Windsurf, ChatGPT)

Comfortable wearing a Continuous Glucose Monitor (CGM), and other health related sensors

Preferred

1+ year of Flutter and Dart development experience

1+ year of Python/AI development experience in AWS

1+ year of Android and Kotlin development experience

Experience in mobile software CI/CD, developing iOS Bluetooth/IoT solutions, iOS security

The successful candidate must be interested in and capable of learning new coding languages as required. Within 90 days, this position necessitates developing proficiency or mastery in Flutter, Dart, Python, AWS, and AI system design
