Responsibilities
Architect and build dynamic, content-rich web experiences that turn marketing funnels into engaged communities
Own the end-to-end delivery of key product features, from concept to deployment and beyond
Elevate the team's velocity and craft by introducing and socializing tools and practices that raise the technical bar
Bridge the gap between ambitious creative vision and technical reality, proving that high-quality user experience and developer experience are not mutually exclusive
Qualification
Required
Experience with React, Next.js, and Node.js stack
Strong typing with TypeScript
Experience with headless CMS platforms like Sanity or Payload
Ability to implement effective caching
Experience integrating with existing APIs and services
Ability to enable real-time, reliable functionality at scale
Experience in architecting and building dynamic, content-rich web experiences
Ability to own the end-to-end delivery of key product features
Proactive identification of bottlenecks in build processes, state management, or CMS content modeling
Ability to collaborate directly with designers and strategists
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work with ambiguity
Ability to articulate a compelling case for specific technologies or approaches
Comfortable with both front-end and back-end development
Natural collaborator and translator between technical and non-technical team members
