PC Technician
Cherokee Nation Entertainment is seeking a PC Technician III responsible for troubleshooting intermediate-level hardware and software. The role involves installing and repairing desktop systems, maintaining POS and printers, and ensuring overall support for computing equipment.

Responsibilities
Install, upgrade, and repair desktop systems
Add user workstations to the network and user applications to workstations
Troubleshoot client issues and monitor the help desk queue
Maintain all support of POS, printers, hardware, and assorted peripherals and perform preventative maintenance on all equipment
Perform intermediate-level hardware/software troubleshooting
Ensure the computer room is kept clean and orderly
Perform other job-related duties as requested
Qualification
Required
High school diploma or equivalent
Two (2) years of personal computer repair and installations
Work varied shifts, including weekends and holidays
Able to obtain Gaming Permit as required by jurisdiction
Able to effectively communicate in English, in both written and verbal forms
Ability to multi-task and work well in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
Excellent organizational skills to function effectively under time constraints and within established deadlines, with particular attention to detail
Effective listening abilities with strong judgment skills
Excellent customer service skills and interpersonal skills to effectively communicate with all business contacts
Must be flexible if needed for occasional work outside of normal business hours
