Inside Sales & R&D Account Manager - Bottling & Canning (Preferred)

They are seeking an Inside Sales & R&D Account Manager to support and grow B2B client accounts while acting as a strategic liaison between clients and internal teams, leading commercialization projects, and maintaining accurate CRM records.

Food and Beverage

Responsibilities

Support and grow B2B client accounts across food, beverage, and flavor sectors
Act as a strategic liaison between clients and internal teams (R&D, Marketing, Customer Service, Plant Operations)
Assist in leading commercialization projects from ideation through bottling and execution
Translate client feedback into actionable formulation and packaging improvements
Maintain accurate CRM records (Zoho or similar) and provide reliable sales forecasts
Schedule appointments and coordinate timelines across departments
Present technical and non-technical product data confidently during client meetings
Represent the company at trade shows, tastings, and innovation events

Required

Support and grow B2B client accounts across food, beverage, and flavor sectors
Act as a strategic liaison between clients and internal teams (R&D, Marketing, Customer Service, Plant Operations)
Assist in leading commercialization projects from ideation through bottling and execution
Translate client feedback into actionable formulation and packaging improvements
Maintain accurate CRM records (Zoho or similar) and provide reliable sales forecasts
Schedule appointments and coordinate timelines across departments
Present technical and non-technical product data confidently during client meetings
Represent the company at trade shows, tastings, and innovation events
3–10 years of experience in inside sales or account management in food, beverage, or flavor manufacturing
Proven ability to collaborate across R&D, Marketing, and Operations teams
Strong project management skills with a track record of meeting deadlines and managing timelines
Excellent time management and scheduling abilities across multiple departments
Proficiency in CRM platforms such as Zoho, Salesforce, or HubSpot
Strong interpersonal & communication skills with both technical teams and executive-level clients
Professional, positive attitude with a client-first mindset

Preferred

Experience with copacking, bottling workflows, and clean-label product trends
Bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply; multilingual communication is valued in our diverse workplace
