Responsibilities
Provide business and project analytical support for critical finance initiatives
Perform ad-hoc analysis to address existing and new business needs
Identify and evaluate ongoing profit-generating opportunities
Contribute to ongoing projects to be used in developing TJX strategy
Work cross functionally with TJX teams, such as TJX Store Operations, HR, Real Estate, and Marketing
Create and present projects, reports, and communications for Senior Management
Qualification
Required
Recent graduates, or Spring / Summer 2026 graduates
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or Economics (other majors may be considered)
Genuine interest in a Corporate Finance career
Strong quantitative and analytical skills
Ability to work with numbers and create financial presentations
Strong communication skills
A high level of curiosity
Detail oriented
Proficient Excel skills (i.e., pivot tables, charts, v-look up, etc.)
Preferred
Prior internship / co-op, or entry-level finance-related experience, a plus
