Responsibilities
Lead the design, configuration, and implementation of SAP S/4HANA PP/QM solutions, ensuring alignment with client business requirements and best practices
Participate in pre-sales activities, including preparing and presenting customer demos, scoping, PoCs, etc
Participate in full-cycle SAP S/4HANA implementations (RISE/GROW), rollouts, migrations, support, and enhancement projects while utilizing Agile/ACTIVATE methodologies
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate SAP S/4HANA PP/QM with other SAP modules and external systems
Conduct workshops and training sessions to manage scope and client expectations
Stay up to date with industry trends to continuously enhance service delivery
Collaborate with business and technical teams to ensure that business requirements are met and technical solutions align with business processes
Qualification
Required
5+ years of relevant SAP consulting or industry experience
Experience implementing at least two end-to-end SAP S/4HANA (RISE/GROW) PP/QM projects, including one in a sub-lead or lead role
Expertise in PP and QM functionality, including key features and differences between ECC, S/4HANA Cloud Private, and S/4HANA Cloud Public
Experience with full-cycle implementation of SAP S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition (GROW with SAP)
Understanding of various SAP integrations such as SD, MM, Warehouse, and CO
Ability to travel up to 30% of the time to client sites within the US
English proficiency at B2 level or higher
Preferred
SAP certification in SAP S/4HANA PP/QM
Experience with system conversions and data migrations from SAP ECC to S/4HANA
Experience with SAP products such as ePPDS, APO PPDS, ME, MII, and DMC
