As an Entry-Level Service Technician, you will support the service team by assisting with troubleshooting, maintenance, and repair tasks for existing smart home systems.

Responsibilities
Assist in diagnosing and resolving client system issues (remotely and in-person)
Support the lead service technician on site visits
Maintain service records and uphold high standards for system uptime and functionality
Learn and adopt standard service processes with a path toward independent assignments
Qualification
Required
2–4 years of AV cabling or basic install experience (retrofit or new construction)
Familiarity with smart home systems like Control4, Savant, or similar is highly preferred
Self-motivated, punctual, and eager to learn
Strong communication skills and client-facing professionalism
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
Preferred
Any hands-on Control4 or Savant experience
Previous experience in AV support or helpdesk roles
